1. Histology:
- among the areas of the preserved pancreas, in which atrophied acinuses and ducts with sclerosed stroma are determined, hemorrhages and massive fields of fatty necrosis (steatonecrosis) and hemorrhages are detected;
- neutrophilic infiltration is present in necrotic pancreatic tissue and peripancreatic tissue;
- development of fat necrosis is associated with the release of lipase from the acinar apparatus and the digestion of adipose tissue with the formation of salts from fatty acids.
2. Anatomy: pancreas is of a heterogeneous structure and color, gray-yellow in color with multiple rounded and irregularly shaped drainage foci of yellowish-white color in the organ and surrounding fiber.
3. Clinical manifestations: sharp shingles pain in the epigastrium and spine, decreased blood pressure, impaired consciousness.
